Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin is an American comedian, writer and director on YouTube. She is also a podcaster, and advocate for mental health. She previously worked as an editor at BuzzFeed Video but left in 2015 along with her the writer she partnered with and her acquaintance Gabe Dunn to pursue work for their YouTube channel for comedy Just Between Us. Raskin was born June 20th, 1989 in Manhattan, New York, to Jewish parents. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California. Jamin Benjamin Raskin was born on the 13th, 1962. He is a politician as well as an American attorney who serves as U.S. Rep for Maryland's Eighth congressional district. Professor of law served as head of the prosecution team during the second impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided to not run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat, and instead seek reelection in the House in the hope that to be chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, as well as numerous other areas of the most prosperous suburban regions of Washington, D.C., are located in the 8th district.
